This checklist outlines what you need to do to get started. Good idea to print it off.
Complete the New Client Survey: https://forms.gle/vFeTK2oD2oVvJN639
Email your logo (high res jpg or png) to steve@TapTrackers.com
Build establishments lists, either:
Fill out the Bulk Establishments Upload Sheet and email it to Steve: https://admin.taptrackers.com/uploads/samples/establishments.csv
Manually enter establishments’ names. https://support.taptrackers.com/establishments/create-a-new-establishment (you won’t be able to do this until your form is submitted and your Territories and users are inputted by Steve).
Fill out the Master Brands Template Sheet with the brands you’ll see in your establishments and email it to Steve: https://admin.taptrackers.com/uploads/samples/brands.csv
Note that all large brands have already been uploaded.Fill out the Parts & Services Template - a list of the parts and services that you sell. You will need a Google Account to do this. If you don’t have one, let us know and we’ll send you the Excel version.
Add establishment data under the Est Details tab:
Go into each establishment and add any missing information in the Business Profile and Establishment Notes sections in the Est Details tab.
In the Line Cleaning Frequency section, do either:
check off “All lines are subject to a single scheduled cleaning visit:
Click Generate QR Code at the bottom of the line cleaning section.
Make sure to hit Save.
Scroll down to the next section: No Go Hours. If you know when the establishment is unavailable, click on the times to block them out (red). If the establishment is open and available all hours, toggle on the “Available During All Working Hours” switch. Hit the Save button in the No Go Hours section. The days and hours that show here are based on your business’s working hours/days.
Finally, add some Establishment Photos. Some examples of images here would be:

walk-in fridge
beer gas system
How will you record your cleans?
Do you plan to record your cleans via QR codes? You can start printing them here.
OR, if you plan on running using Call Plans to manage your schedule, you will need to create routes and assign establishments to them.
