Establishment Bulk Upload

You can download the bulk upload template here:

  1. Click the blue SAVE TEMPLATE button, top right.
  2. The first worksheet contains your territories. The four listed are sample data. Change those to the names of your territories.
  3. The second worksheet contains sample text.
  4. The third worksheet is where you would enter your information.
  5. Click on a check box if the establishment has the item. For example, check the box if they have a Direct Draw. If they don't have one, leave it unchecked.
  6. The bold columns are mandatory.

Columns Explained:

Timezone (C)

If all of your establishments are in the same timezone, then leave this blank. If you have establishments in different time zones, we will provide you with the codes to use for each.

Longitude and Latitude (J & K)

Do not worry about the longitude and latitude columns (j & K). We have a plugin that will generate that information based on the addresses you enter. We need the lat and log as that is how Google Maps locations are generated.

Full Address (I)

Do not enter anything in this field. It will automatically generate the full address from the address you enter in columns D, F, G, and H. We need both the separate lines and the full address to map the locations properly.

Territory (M)

Select the territory from the drop-down list. This list is pulled from the Territories worksheet. This saves you from repeatedly entering the same data.

# of Lines We Clean (N) & Total Lines (P)

If you clean all the lines in the establishment, the number remains the same. (Retailer State)

If you do not clean all of the lines in the establishment (Distributor State), then you need to enter the correct numbers for each. Example: the bar may have 20 lines, but you only clean 10. Your techs need to know which 10 lines of the 20 to clean, so we need to have the full number of lines in the establishment for proper tracking.

Length of Feet (O)

An estimate of the length of feet of line for one beer line. The distance from the keg to the tap. This is for future use when we launch a chemical calculator to provide estimates of chemical costs and inventory levels.

Delivery Days (Y - AE)

Check off the days of the week on which the establishment receives its keg order(s).

System Type (AF-AI)

Select the system type used by the establishment.

Pressure (AJ-AN)

Check off which pressure type the establishment uses.

On Tap (AO-AT)

Check off which beverage type the establishment sells.

Notes (AU)

These notes will appear in the Other Notes section of Establishment Notes.

Final Notes

These details will be displayed on the call plan page for your technicians. Having robust information will help them better navigate the unique challenges of each establishment. It also gives them confidence in knowing whom to ask.

Best practice is to save it as an Excel sheet or Google Sheet. You have more formatting choices, which makes it easier to enter the information.

Like all computer data, garbage in, garbage out. The more data you can provide on this sheet, the easier and faster it will be to get up and running.
