One of the great features in Tap Trackers is the ability to set a fee for the line cleaning you schedule. This can automatically send a charge to your QuickBooks or an email to your accountant for them to send an invoice. This is an optional feature, but one you’ll need to decide early on how you want to use it:
You have a choice to use the Tap Trackers built-in Parts & Service feature
OR connect Tap Trackers to your QuickBooks account.
If you clean lines for a distributor or brewery, you should not connect to QuickBooks.
The QB feature will send an invoice after each cleaning, meaning your customer (distributor or brewery) will receive hundreds of invoices each month, rather than you manually sending a single invoice.
If this is you, make sure to read this document, How To Invoice Distributors / Breweries
To set up the built-in feature, read this document: Setting Up Parts & Services
