Please read the Understanding Call Plans article before reading this article.
Your technicians will receive their call plans in the afternoon for the following day as the Tap Trackers system automatically sends them at 3pm Eastern Sunday - Thursday.
You can always resend the call plans by email by clicking on the green Re-Send Plan button at the top of the call plan page.
The email that your tech receives looks like this:
The email contains all of the information that your tech needs to attend their calls.
When they are ready to start their first call, they will click on Start Call under Call # 1
