This feature is seldom used.
Users can be connected to multiple profiles, meaning they can have one profile as a Line Cleaner and another one as a Service Manager. Also, they can be connected to two separate Tap Trackers clients.
Both profiles are accessible through your single email address. If you are connected to more than one profile, when you log in you will see a pop-up to select the profile you will use. To change profiles, you log out and then log back in, selecting a different profile.
Examples of use case:
You expand your company to a new city and want to have two separate “companies” inside Tap Trackers. This will keep your staff, establishments, and customers separate. You can select which profile you’d like to use: Client for ABC Co. or Client for XYZ Co.
You want to show a new hire how to use the software; you can create a profile with their role. Log in as that role and you see what they see without actually logging in as them.
If you clean for a brewery/distributor that has another client that uses Tap Trackers in a different city, they can use one email with multiple profiles for each client in Tap Trackers. They can have a profile connected to your company where they can log in and see the lines you clean for them. Then a second profile for another Tap Trackers client to log in and see the lines they clean.
Example: Joe’s Brewery sells beer in Nebraska. You clean the southern part of Nebraska for Joe’s, and another company cleans the northern part. The rep from Joe’s Brewery can have profiles in both your and the northern company's part of Tap Trackers so they can monitor all of their lines in the state.
