User Roles

Users (people) are assigned a Role. Users are defined by their email address.

Your role determines what you can and cannot do (Permissions) in the Tap Trackers system. 

Client

Complete control over the Tap Trackers system for your company. 

Can access and has full control over Assessments and the Learning Management System (LMS). Can customize both.

Can access and manage the LMS.

Can access/create/customize all reports.

Can view and edit Resources.

Can manage, create, and edit Territories, Routes, Users, and Establishments.

Service Manager +

Can create, edit, update: users, territories, and everything line cleaning.

Can be assigned to a territory and line cleaning.

Can view resources.

Can access and manage the LMS.

Can view, edit, and create and assessments.

Can Create and manage users.

Can edit/update/create Establishments, their notes/images, and No Go Hours.

Service Manager

Same as SM+, but can not customize assessments.

Has no access to anything LMS.

Line Cleaner

Can only view/edit establishments in their territory.

Can view and execute Call Plans.

Can record line cleanings.

Can order parts and services.

Can edit/update/create Establishment notes/images, and No Go Hours.

Can only view their line cleaning calls and call plans.

Brewery Rep

Can view the line cleaning history for the lines of their brands. Good for distributors or breweries. 

They can not see information about any line that does not belong to them.

Store Manager

Designed for your customers. They must be linked to an establishment(s), and they only see their establishment(s). Perfect for Bar Managers/GMs of restaurants/bars.
