The All Line Cleaning Status page is the page that you should be looking at every day. This page outlines the status for each of your lines, letting you know which ones are up-to-date, due for a cleaning, or past due for a cleaning.
The lines will appear in a different color based on the standards you have set.
There are two different ways to set line cleaning colors.
- Company-wide
- Establishment level
Setting Company-Wide Line Cleaning
We set these up for you during your onboarding process. If you mostly clean on a two-week cycle, we will set the following colors by default:
Green - up to 12 days
Yellow - 13-16 days
Red - 17 or more days
Example:
- The lines at Best of Luck are yellow as they were cleaned 16 days ago
- 417 Taphouse was last cleaned three days ago - it is green.
- The lines at Wayo Japan are red as they were last cleaned 30 days ago.
Setting Optional Line Cleaning Frequencies
Again, during onboarding, we will ask you for all of the different line cleaning frequency options you offer.
Do you offer:
- Four-week cleaning: Green is up to 24 days, yellow is 24-30, and red is 31+ days.
- 12-week acid cleaning (84 days): Green is up to 75 days, yellow is 76-90, red is 91+
- 16-week acid cleaning (112 days): Green is up to 99 days, yellow is 100-115 days, red is 116+
- A cleaning cycle that doesn't require a full clean, but instead a split where you clean the couplers and faucets in week two, but not the lines (BLM200, Draft Guard,...). Then clean everything in week four.
The date-based colors above are an example; you have complete control over what you would like each color to be defined.
Establishment-Based Line Cleaning Standards/Colors
Suppose an establishment has a different cleaning frequency than the company standard (for example, subscribing to every 4-week line cleaning instead of every 2 weeks, like the majority of your customers). In that case, you can change it for that single establishment.
- Go to the Establishment Manager and select the establishment you would like to change the frequency options.
- Scroll down to the Line Cleaning Feature Settings section.
- There, you can select the caustic and acid option for this establishment.
Example: Your company settings are 2-week caustic cleaning and 12-week acid cleaning.
For this establishment, you would like to have them on a 4-week caustic cycle and a 16-week acid cycle. You would click on the drop-down for the caustic and select 4 Week Caustic option:
Next, do the same for acid cleaning, selecting your preferred option.
