Smart Establishment Names

You can use Establishment Names to indicate the type of cleaning required for the establishment.

All Caps

Use all caps for the name to show that it is a service-only establishment.

Example: BILL'S TAVERN

If you have establishments that you only service, rather than clean, create a territory called Service Only and place all of those establishments in it. This way, if you see an establishment with its name in all caps, you don't have to worry about tracking or monitoring the line cleaning.

Asterisks *

Use an asterisk to indicate that the establishment's wine or cocktail lines are only cleaned quarterly.

Example: Before and After Brewing *

Double Astrisks **

Use a double asterisk to signify that this establishment is only cleaned every quarter, as it ONLY has wine or cocktail lines.

Example: Stepchild Lounge **

Hat Symbol ^

Use the hat symbol to indicate that the establishment has a different cleaning frequency than what you usually offer. For example, most of your establishments operate on a two-week cleaning cycle. If you have some that are on a four-week cycle, then you can show them with the hat symbol ^.

Example: Royal Oak Pub ^

Prohibited Symbols

Please do not use the following, as they are used in the establishment's URL and will cause errors in the system:

&      /      :     $
