Establishment Notes

Some of the information in your Establishment Notes will be created during the Bulk Upload. Other information may be added or changed at any time.

Keeping your Establishment Notes up to date will help your team better understand the establishment, its contacts, and system details. While you may love your technicians and they love you, you will likely experience some turnover. Having robust Establishment Notes ensures that when changes occur, the transition will be much smoother.

Our Contact

Arguably, the most essential part of establishment notes is Our Contact name and cell number. This is the person who is at the establishment day in and day out, the one who can let you in, makes service calls, and can contact everyone else at the establishment. Could be the office manager, Bar Manager, or Kitchen Manager. Not always the owner.

TT Champion

A Champion is the person who makes the decisions and pays your bill at the establishment. Typically, the owner, operator, or general manager. Sometimes different from Our Contact. If the Champion and Our Contact are the same, then leave the Champion blank.

Length Of Lines

The approximate length of one line from the keg to the taps. This can give you an idea of how long it will take to clean the lines as well as how much chemical you should use. In the future, we plan to launch a chemical inventory feature that will calculate the amount of chemical needed for each cleaning, assisting you in managing your inventory. 

Number Of Bars

If the number of bars is set at one, no name field will appear. If you sellct more than one bar, you can add in the names of teh
