Adding Emergency Service Calls

You can easily add emergency service calls to any call plan. 

Let's say that 4 x 4 Brewing has called and they are pouring warm beer. We need to dispatch a technician as soon as possible.

1. Go To Establishment Manager
2. Click on 4 x 4 Brewing
3. Click on Create Call
4. Fill in the details
5. Adjust start and finish times to correspond with the existing schedule
6. Send plan
